Access Riders
As part of our access offer we deliver 1 to 1 support for creatives, artists, producers and facilitators to create their own ‘Access Riders’. Access riders are a document designed to articulate and communicate specific needs of a disability/ies to an organisation, venue or employer across all disciplines.
We can support creatives to develop their individual Riders irrespective of their current employment status.
”The process of writing my Access Rider has been really helpful to think about what I need to my best work, and empowered me to set healthy boundaries to protect my healthamd wellbeing. As someone with invisible disabilities, it’s often hard to advocate for your needs but Sarah has been really supportive in encouraging me to communicate them clearly.”
Anon, Forest of Dean.
Please have a look at the resources below and give us a shout if you're interested. Sarah can book you a session and guide you through the process.

“My hope is that a document such as this could provide a framework to begin articulating needs and encourage the sensitivity and institutional, financial support vital for working environments and relationships in our sector to be caring and inclusive”
