Lino Print with earth pigments

Create two colour original linocut prints from one lino block inspired by patterns in nature, using inks made from pigments that come from the earth. I

n this workshop we will produce hand-made relief prints using the 19th century Albion press at the Yard Print Studio.

This session will include an outdoors walk for approximately 45 minutes where we will find materials to work from, participants will go home with a small series of original prints.

Friday 15th March 10.30am -3.30pm (Lunch break 12.30pm - 1.15pm)

The fringe events at the Yard Print Studio are relaxed, supportive printmaking sessions in a small group setting, exploring nature and wellbeing. They include refreshments and cake! The walk element of this workshop includes walking up a bit of a hill and on uneven ground in woodland. It will also be subject to weather conditions.

There is parking at the venue. It is on a bus route. Bus stop 2 minutes walk.
