Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding is about keeping participants safe while in our care. It is also about making sure that staff, freelancers and volunteers know what to do if they have concerns about the welfare of a participant. As a company that puts participants at the heart of what we do, safeguarding is a fundamental part of the organisation’s ethos.

We work hard to ensure that all of our activities are safe and well run.    There are four key areas which come under the heading of Safeguarding:

•Safer Staff and Volunteers

•Child Protection

•Anti-bullying

•Accident prevention and safety

We are an arts company which specialises in work for children and vulnerable adults. We have a duty of care to the participants we work with, to support their welfare and well-being. The policy below sets out how we will achieve this
